MABS Facilitated £25m of Funding for a C2 Assisted Living Developer

The £25m JV will fund the 72-unit C2 Assisted Living Development Scheme in Peters field.‍ The JV funding comprises of a £19m senior debt tranche from Oak North, a £5.25m mezzanine tranche from Congress and equity placed into the scheme by MABS Development Ltd and a family office.
