James brings over 10 years of experience in residential and mixed-use development across London and the South East. Starting his career in chartered surveying and later transitioning into development leadership roles, he has delivered projects ranging from boutique apartments to multi-acre regeneration schemes.

His core expertise includes site acquisition, early-stage feasibility, financial structuring, and guiding complex schemes through planning. James also maintains long-standing relationships with private investors, landowners, and strategic partners — providing the company with a strong pipeline of off-market opportunities. Known for his calm negotiation style and forward-thinking approach, he ensures every project is optimized for both value and long-term community benefit.

Amelia Grant

Amelia’s background spans architecture, interior design, and project management, giving her a unique multi-disciplinary perspective on property development. After a decade working at award-winning London design studios, she transitioned into development, where she now leads design direction and delivery oversight.

She oversees concept design, consultant coordination, and construction progress — ensuring that each scheme achieves design excellence, commercial viability, and lifestyle-led functionality. Amelia has a strong reputation for elevating the design quality of brownfield and infill sites, bringing an eye for detail and a passion for creating spaces people genuinely want to live in.

Daniel Mercer

Daniel specialises in land sourcing, planning strategy, and structuring JV partnerships. With a solid foundation in urban planning and over 15 years working alongside local authorities, agents, and strategic landowners, he is adept at identifying sites with hidden potential — particularly previously developed and constrained plots.

He leads negotiations, handles due-diligence pathways, and cultivates long-term partnerships with landowners seeking expert guidance.
